Returns & Exchanges
We offer easy returns and exchanges for most products under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with the original packaging and tags intact.
- Non-Refundable Items: Some items may be excluded from returns, such as:
- Personalized or custom products
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items (unless specified otherwise)

How to Return or Exchange an Item
To make the return or exchange process simple and hassle-free, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with the instructions for returning the product.
- Prepare the Package: Ensure the product is in its original condition, with packaging and tags. Include a copy of your original order confirmation or receipt inside the return package.
- Ship the Item Back: Return the product to the provided address using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
Note: We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and a refund will be processed if applicable. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive the return.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). If you paid via gift card, the refund will be credited back to your gift card balance.
- Partial Refunds: If the returned item is damaged or shows signs of use, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or reject the return.
Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item sent).
Exchanges
If you would prefer to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, we will gladly accommodate your request. Simply follow the steps above to initiate the return and then place a new order for the replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items

Exclusions
